The download link fails or the file is incomplete
First separate a browser error from a completed file that will not open. Use the stable link reached from the project website, check the browser download panel and available storage, and compare the dated file details in our platform guide. Stop opening partial files. If the source still fails, save the URL, exact browser error and time for support; do not switch to an unverified mirror.

On Windows, a ZIP is an archive, not a running game. Wait for the complete archive and follow its included installation instructions. On Android, a source permission prompt is different from an incompatible-app or signature error. Do not disable security protections, download random replacement DLLs, or uninstall an existing client before checking whether local data would be lost. The current client has not been play-tested for this guide.
The login fails
Check whether the failure happens on the Mirae Labs website or only in the game client. The web form accepts an email address or username. Use the project-linked reset page for forgotten passwords. If recovery email does not arrive, confirm the address and check spam before requesting further help. Reinstalling the game does not reset an account password.
Register, sign in or recover an accountYou can sign in but cannot reach a match
Record the last successful step: sign-in, lobby, queue or loading a match. Check a current project announcement and its timestamp. A working homepage or download endpoint cannot tell us whether matchmaking works. This guide does not label a game outage without a matching project announcement.
Find announcements and community helpWhat to include when asking for help
Share the platform, OS version, package filename, exact error, last successful step and time zone. Remove account IDs, email addresses and personal details from screenshots. Keep passwords, reset links and verification codes private. The helper above only generates a template; it does not send a ticket or contact the project.
